Stolen vehicle reported after payment plan default

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded in the village of North Adams for a possible stolen vehicle report. A caller said they sold a vehicle on a payment plan and the buyer stopped making payments. The buyer was identified over the radio and appears to have an existing theft warrant from another state.
