Traffic stop in 7-Eleven lot on Hidden Valley Pkwy

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near a convenience store parking lot on Hidden Valley Parkway in Norco. Radio traffic mentions a prior collision in which several sand barrels were hit, but there was no immediate hazard reported.
