Suspicious vehicle reported on Mountain Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious vehicle that had been parked on a turnaround along Mountain Road in Nobleboro and left about 10 to 15 minutes before the call. The vehicle was associated with an expired license plate and may be connected to prior questionable activity in the area.
