Erratic driver forces car into breakdown lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a red Jeep driving erratically on Route One near the Nobleboro–Waldoboro line, forcing another vehicle into the breakdown lane. The vehicle’s license plate was recorded by the caller.
