Elderly man bleeding and struggling to breathe outside bar

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for an elderly man on the ground and bleeding from the head outside a restaurant on Main Street in Nisswa. He was reported to be awake but possibly having difficulty breathing.
