Verbal dispute with subjects restrained on Ponderosa

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported verbal disturbance involving two people near Ponderosa Place in Nipomo. The situation escalated to the point where both individuals were being physically restrained from each other. The reporting party indicated there were no weapons involved.
