Uncooperative caller reports disturbance on Spring Street

maybe their sick with the fact this goes on every night for hours and hours. And nothing is done about it. there's 12 people living in Adam's st parking lot. nothings done about it. no one cares. 4 people have been attacked in less then a mouth. 2 hours later their back out there starting trouble.
