Female unconscious with possible alcohol and drug use

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Glen Road in Newport City for a woman who was reportedly in and out of consciousness, with alcohol and possible drug use mentioned. She was later reported to be still unconscious as responders approached from the Mount Vernon Street side of the building.
