Officer requested for customer locked out of vehicle

It's going to be the China Buffet restaurant.

Have an employee there that called in, said they called for a locksmith for a vehicle in the parking lot that one of their customers got locked out of.

It is his vehicle.

The locksmith is stating that unless they can provide proof that the vehicle is that person's, they're not willing to unlock it.

They're requesting an officer.
