Suspicious person walking near Dr Hall Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible suspicious person walking along Dr Hall Road near the Crossroads and Hattiesville area. The caller said their dog was barking, and when they went outside they saw someone in shorts and a dark top walking toward Peytonville Road about five to seven minutes earlier.
