Verbal dispute outside Walmart with infant present

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported verbal domestic dispute between a man and a woman near the curbside pickup area of a store on Pacific Street in New Milford. A caller reported the woman was holding a newborn. Responding units later reported a black Jeep in the area was parked and occupied, with no apparent involved parties nearby.
