Dog attack at New Market Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from New Market Park of a possible animal bite after a mid-sized black dog attacked another dog. The caller appears to have suffered a minor hand injury and declined medical response. The dog was last seen in a nearby neighborhood across from a local fire company.
