Juvenile reported missing from New Glarus home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call about a juvenile male reportedly missing from a residence near 14th Avenue in New Glarus. He apparently left home in the evening and has not returned, and family members have been unable to reach him after his phone location was turned off.
