71-year-old woman falls from bicycle and hits head on bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call on Wentworth Road near the Blunts Island Swing Bridge by the Rye and New Castle town line for a reported 71-year-old woman who apparently fell from a bicycle, briefly lost consciousness, and struck her head. Fire and police units from nearby towns were on scene and were stabilizing her on the bridge.
