Equipment vandalized at Newcastle water plant

As discussed during the dispatch call, a Union Pacific employee reported possible vandalism at a Newcastle wastewater and water treatment facility. Equipment appeared to be damaged with a sledgehammer and spray paint, possibly occurring over the weekend.
