Report of smoke plume near co-op in Nevada

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders on a tactical channel discussed a possible smoke plume near a co-op and industrial facilities by Lincoln Way in Nevada, Iowa. Units repositioned around the water treatment plant and train tracks to look for smoke, but at that time they did not see anything clearly from those vantage points.
