Schizophrenic man has episode and leaves residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was reported near Highway 49 for a 34-year-old man having a possible episode. The man was verbally aggressive and accused the caller of poisoning his food. He may have left on foot and was described as a heavy-set white male wearing a dark blue shirt with bleach spots. No weapons were reported.
