90-year-old woman falls and reports injuries in Neola

How is this woman not in a care facility or other care after so many falls, locking herself out of her home, etc? The PD needs to figure something out with their crisis response personnel. There are steps that can be taken if people aren't too lazy. What if this was your mother????
