Assault Battery out at Mel's kitchen apartment. RP is Lasta Fisher and headed northbound unknown vehicle at this time just hit the person in the base and then to go. The Clifford Fisher. Hey Farm, that is a suspected person of interest in this matter. Copy on FSD, that's your tween. were at their apartment, which is number three, advised the male subject hit the RP in the face. He had a gash on his face. They did advise that they are not requesting medical at this time, after which the male, who they believed to be highly intoxicated, got in a vehicle headed north down. I am looking up the vehicle that he is known to drive at this time.
