Caretaker reports possible break-in at Jacobs Road manor

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible burglary at a manor near Jacobs Road after a caretaker reported that someone may have broken in and could still be inside. Responding units later reported that all doors were locked and no crime appeared to have been committed.
