Road blocked by downed live wires

As discussed during the dispatch call, a unit reported that Shaker Jerry Road near Ferry Road is completely blocked by downed live electrical wires, creating a significant hazard. Responding units are approaching from the opposite side and keeping a safe distance because the lines are still live.
