Officer requested to check on children after incomplete 911 call

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch requested a unit check a residence near N 200 E after an incomplete 911 call where children were heard screaming and crying. On callback, the mother said a child called 911 and wouldn’t give the phone back, and she was chasing the child, causing the screaming.
