Teen reports threatening texts outside home

RP states her (number withheld)-year-old niece stated is getting threatening text messages.

The number stated that they're outside the house.

They don't see anything as abnormal, but before the text messages started coming in, there was a flash of light outside their window.

Again, that's (number withheld) North Kearney Street in Morning Sun.
