Outside fire reported, no active fire found

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a reported outside fire near Carbon City Road and Independence Boulevard in Morganton. Crews arrived and reported that a fire extinguisher had been used and there appeared to be no active fire at that time.
