Driver requests police help with tire change, Mooresville IN

00:00

I have a female, 1046, in front of the old Printech, 264 East High Street.

00:07

She just needs assistance with a tire change.

00:11

I've called all the towing companies and no one's available to do that task.

00:16

Can you send somebody to assist her?

00:20

So does she have all of the equipment to get the tire change done?

00:27

She says she did.

00:29

It's the lock, the locking lug nuts, and she does have the key for it.
