45-year-old woman semi-conscious with chest pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a medical call at an apartment on Summit Avenue in Montvale for a 45-year-old woman with chest pain who had taken nitroglycerin. She was later reported conscious but semi-conscious at times, and both basic and advanced life support were involved.
