Flashing traffic lights causing issues on Highway 218

She reported that the school buses were reporting that the traffic lights down between the (number withheld) block of Highway 218 are only flashing at this point in time and causing traffic issues.

We're getting in contact with county officials now to figure out the root of the problem.
