Head-on crash and diesel spill on Route 1

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a collision between a car and a truck near Fletcher Road and Route 1 in Monticello. One driver reportedly experienced leg numbness, and about 50 gallons of diesel fuel were spilled at the scene.
