Erratic driver in silver Impala on Highway 151

As discussed during the dispatch call, units monitored a vehicle reported to be driving erratically on Highway 151 and onto Highway 38 near Monticello. The driver was seen drifting across lanes and briefly moving onto the shoulder with hazard lights on, and the behavior was said to possibly involve a medical episode. Additional units were requested as the vehicle traveled toward town near Main Street.
