Adult siblings in physical fight, man injured

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a physical fight between adult siblings at a home on East Whippoorwill Drive. A male reportedly fell, was choking on his own blood, and is conscious and talking. Medical crews were instructed to stage nearby until law enforcement arrived due to the active fight.
