Traffic stop on dark Honda with no plates

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a dark-colored Honda with no license plates near the (number withheld) block of Highway 63 by Montezuma. A driver’s license check for the driver, who is reportedly valid and licensed out of a nearby town, was completed.
