Technical issues trigger false medical alarm at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical alarm was activated at Harbor Point Apartments near Ferry St. Responders found no patient information and were informed of technical wiring issues. Responders later reported being with family at the scene and canceled other units.
