Officers check disabled vehicle on Highway 11

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers followed a vehicle heading toward Highway 11 westbound and later found a possible disabled vehicle on the Highway 11 westbound off-ramp with several people nearby. The vehicle appears to have already been tagged by county officers.
