Man experiences heart palpitations and heavy breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical responders are dispatched to a possible cardiac emergency involving a 66-year-old man near Gregg Street in Monongahela after his defibrillator reportedly activated and he experienced heart palpitations and heavy breathing.
