Elderly woman hit by backing vehicle at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a home near 910th Street in Rock Creek Township for a possible accident where a woman backing a vehicle out of a garage reportedly struck her elderly mother, who was conscious and complaining of shoulder pain.
