Diabetic woman with altered mental status in Molalla

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical call involved a 76-year-old diabetic female found conscious but incoherent near South Blair Road. She appeared to have altered mental status and was breathing. Attempts to measure her blood sugar were unsuccessful.
