82-year-old male falls with leg swelling and contusion

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly male apparently fell and has swelling and contusion on the left leg near Eagleview Drive. The patient may have underlying artery blockage and diabetes. He was reportedly dizzy before the fall and normally requires assistance to walk.
