Holy Cross, this is ambulance D51.I have a 15-year-old female patient.Chief complaint, fainted and passed out at school.Vitals stable.Well, initial vitals are stable, 144 over 90.SBO two and ninety-eight percent, heart rate 100 and forty-five, and respiratory rate 30 .ALS did show up at scene.And updated vitals from ALS go as follow.One hundred and thirty-six over seventy-eight, heart rate 110 , SBO two 100 , temperature ninety-nine .4 .She's not falling, you know.Man, do not follow his instructions either.So it's probably like he has four, like three.Are you saying? I'm sorry, are you saying that the patient has a GCS of three?Correct. Can you repeat the blood sugar on this patient?Blood sugar is still working for us.Okay, we'll see you on arrival.
