Person tampering with vehicle in parking area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a person allegedly tampering with a woman’s vehicle near Elizabeth Pike in Mineral Wells. The individual reportedly left the scene and was believed to be headed toward another nearby street address.
