Titanium fire at recycling facility near propane tank

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews respond to a reported titanium fire at an industrial recycling facility on Commercial Street in the Mineral Wells area. The fire is described as very hot, roughly the size of a truck, and apparently burning near a propane tank.
