Disabled truck and trailer on southbound I-5

As discussed during the dispatch call, a white Ford F-250 towing a light brown travel trailer was reported disabled on the southbound side of Interstate 5 near Porter Way in Milton. Units responded and assisted with traffic control while the vehicle was on the right shoulder.
