Female also possibly took an unknown substance. She's starting to drive the vehicle into the water. Plate given was (number withheld) through Nebraska. She's currently on Mabonzie Avenue near Bluff Road. Is there any way you could get a deputy headed that way? We do have units 469[1] and 659[2] trying to catch up to her. We were direct on your traffic. My deputy is en route to that area. County said that they have somebody in her out. Also, she's going around the first curve on Mabonzie near Bluff Road. Okay, that female went past Bluff Road, still eastbound on Mabonzie.
