Patient in hypertensive crisis with stroke symptoms at dialysis center

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS respond to a possible stroke at a dialysis facility near Leroy Boatwright Street in Millington, Tennessee. A patient in hypertensive crisis is reported to have severe headache, blurred vision, and left-sided pain but remains alert and able to move all extremities.
