Intoxicated female possibly overdosed on medication

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS and first responders were dispatched to a location near Elizabeth Ellis Lane in Milan, Georgia, for a reportedly intoxicated woman who may have taken or mixed medications. The sheriff’s office was already on scene.
