Man found unresponsive, possible alcohol overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to an apartment complex near Wellwood Rd for a report of a man (about 58 years old) found unresponsive and not breathing, possibly related to alcohol overdose. A family member reported he was cold to the touch and appeared to have been down for some time and declined to perform CPR.
