Overturned raft reported at Railroad Flat Campground

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to Railroad Flat Campground near Briceburg Road in Midpines for an overturned raft on the far side of the river. It was unclear whether anyone was in the raft at the time.
