Fraud complaint over Apple Pay text message

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies handled a possible fraud complaint near Oakview Drive in Middleville after a person reported receiving an unexpected Apple Pay transaction and follow-up text message from an unfamiliar number. Deputies were unable to reach the reporting party by phone.
