CPI.C. has been receiving messages from female making suicidal comments, last known to be mobile in a 2010 silver Dodge Caravan, registered to that female. She was going to look for it to kill herself. CP advised female is recently in a mental facility, possibly en route to 2611 K-Kart Avenue in Miami County. Her resident is 14 State Street. The city was already out there. Miami County was advised to possibly locate that female.
