Dog kills cat and bites two people in Merrillan

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement was requested in Merrillan after a caller reported a dog killed a cat and bit a child and another person. Those involved initially declined medical attention, and animal control/animal shelter was contacted. The dog was reported tied up in a yard and then taken inside by the child, with concern the child may be home alone.
