Cancer patient refusing food and drink, feeling weak

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders dispatched to Prairie Ridge near Prairie Street for a conscious female patient who is refusing to eat or drink and appears very weak. Patient is reported to have cancer and be on dialysis.
